When we arrived in our room, the bedding was obviously not clean because it looked like a previous guest had blown their nose on the blanket. The ceilings in the hallway have stains of what looks like mold. In our final day, the water from our tap turned brown.

From check in time we were told to park around the back aomeone would help with luggae waited and waited aske 3 times still nothing so fine we tooks bags up our selves discoved room very outdated asked if we could upgrade and was told all rooms are like that d Wasnt to be a king bed it was a double very uncomfortable sleep we booked for 3 nights had enough went home sat instead of sun had horrible stay there couldnt even get a coffee after 6 pm at tempo got one at boston pizza of all palaces crazy

Received email while in way to property that we would have to park a ways away as street is under construction. Same issue at check out. Don’t recommend anyone with a car stay here. Wallpaper also fell off wall in bathroom.

this property is all around average. its a GREAT location, but the rooms are basic with bad views. the internet is SLOW, the coffee in the room was terrible and the showers had no shower mat and felt very very unsafe.

We were thrilled and surprised to be upgraded to a suite. Diana and the front desk staff were amazing. Because of the construction parking was a challenge particularly when we had a Veteran with mobility issues with us. We found the hotel was in need of and update to be honest. Furniture is old and rooms need a good clean and mend. We enjoyed our visit. Thank you.

Great location
The hotel location is great for sight seeing in Halifax. The hotel is clean but very dated. The bed was comfortable but the furniture in the room was old and quite worn. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

It was disappointing to discover we had to walk through a mall and an office building to get to the parkade. When we checked in we were given a double sized murphy bed that was a foot away from the wall. We requested a king bed in our reservation. When we approached the front desk after checking we were told that the bed is a queen and that was what we requested. They were sold out the first night and they’d see what they could do for the rest of our stay. The next morning they called our cell phone and the room at 8:15 in the morning to tell us we could switch rooms- no sleeping in on our holiday. The breakfast we had our first morning at the attached Tempo restaurant was made perfect because of the great friendly server and good food! The rest of our stay went off without a hitch.
