I use a shower chair at home that fits in the tub. U need to get the appropriately sized chair OR make it a much nicer walk in shower U need to also have a detachable showerhead

We got to the hotel at around 4:00 p.m. and the receptionist had not assigned us a room. We had to wait for several minutes for him to get us in the system, though I had booked the hotel several weeks in advance. It did not have any soap and he gave us some shampoo to wash with. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff friendly and accomodating.

This was one of the best Quality Inns I have stayed at. The staff was great, and there appears to be several recent updates. The bed was comfortable, breakfast was as expected and the room was nice and had everything I needed. My only complaint was a noisy bath light/fan that was loud enough to wake the other person in the room even with the door closed.

Had to be moved to three different rooms before one was actually usable- the first had a broken door handle and I couldn’t get in, the second had no working lights in the bathroom and the seat was detached from the toilet. The third was acceptable but the tv didn’t work and the floor and couch was stained. If I hadn’t just driven 900 miles I would have asked for a refund and left. Staff was very nice but this hotel sucks. Wouldn’t stay here again for any reason.

Honestly if the staff wasn't so friendly and exceptional this place would have gotten a one-star review all the way around. The sheets were dirty the amenities that were supposed to be in the room weren't in the room and every time we asked for help the staff were amazing and great but the overall cleanliness of the facilities were just abysmal
