I loved everything about my stay at Bed. A home away from home. The room was quiet, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is amazing - different options every day and I loved the fresh fruit and juices which were available all day. I thoroughly recommend this hotel for staying in the Old City. It’s close to the Sunday Walking Market and easy to get to all attractions.

The property is in the old city. Several temples and The Pae Gate are within walking distance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The daily breakfast was delicious. What makes this hotel special for us was the front staff. They are welcoming, attentive, and mingle daily with guests.

I can’t recommend BED Phrasing highly! Easily the best included breakfast we’ve ever had at a hotel. The staff are very attentive and helpful, I’d give ten stars if I could, impeccable service! The location is perfect for walking with temples, restaurants within minutes. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed!

We cannot say enough about each and every staff member member at Bed Phra Singh - they made our stay simply phenomenal and we will certainly return. From offering personalized recommendations to customizing breakfast to my husband's Burmese childhood meals to helping us out in an emergency with a lost bag, we enjoyed every minute of our stay and will recommend them to anyone looking to stay in Chiang Mai.

The staff were amazing and made the whole stay worth it. They were so understanding and the hotel was wonderful. Loved the placement and was so easy to get around to look at within walking distance or even to travel out via tuk-tuk, etc.

We had an amazing stay at BED Phrasingh! It was excellent value for money, the staff were really friendly and breakfast was delicious. The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and it was quiet at night time. There were plenty of restaurants, convenience stores and pharmacies nearby. It was easy to get around Chiang Mai by walking/calling a Grab. Would highly recommend it!

Great boutique hotel-close to everything. We had a great stay. The staff goes up and beyond for the guest. The rooms were simple yet very comfortable. Amazing beds!! A great way to top off the stay is with a good breakfast. We will definitely be back!

First of all the rooms were clean and staff was friendly, helpful (shout out to Bobby). I also like that their breakfast variety was good enough, with good coffee to top it. Their green efforts are commendable- eg drinking water in glass bottles! We received many good recommendations to good food in the locale, we walked around mostly but grab was convenient and affordable too. Slept well, ate well. It was a good trip yeah - khoob-khun ka! - Heard that’s major renovation in September so I’m looking forward to its new look. Will definitely return!

The staff were the friendliest. The food and the included breakfast was wonderful and it changed every day, with both local treats but also food that would make homesick travelers feel comfortable, whether from Britain or China, or Japan or the US. The staff were enthusiastic to help out or respond to requests. There was 24 hour coffee. Fruit most of the day. And, something I had never seen before, and never-ending supply I've noodle cups a various flavors, just a thing to nibble on at two in the morning. This place completely update our expectations.

My husband and I stayed at BED for 3 nights. Absolutely loved everything about it. The staff are so sweet and helpful. Breakfast was delicious with a mix of western and thai dishes. Unlimited bottled drinking water! Perfect stay to rest for those who are out on excursions or busy exploring Chiang Mai during the day. Clean with excellent air-conditioned rooms with all the basic necessities. Very helpful to have umbrellas available for rainy season. Thank you to all of the BED staff!

We traveled for 5 weeks, and this was our favorite hotel. It was our friend's birthday, and the staff went out of their way to get a cake (would not let us pay for it) and celebrate her day. Breakfast was served by the staff everyday, and the staff would answer all our questions or our concerns of the day. The laundry service was impeccable (very inexpensive, fast, and clothes smelled great). There are 3 cats that live there, and one of them loves cuddling. I can not say enough about the service of this hotel.

The staff at BED were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to give suggestions and help out in any way they could. The vibe of the hotel was incredibly homey, modern, and had everything we needed. The decor was stunning and it felt like a tight knit community among the staff and guests. A huge plus was the rooms large smart TV that could connect to different apps like Netflix seamlessly. BED was also only 10 minutes away from the airport and had plenty of great food options within walking distances. Even trekking further, the night market and other places were just in reach. Highly recommend this place.
