Disappointing budget stay
Be prepared for a budget stay. You get what you pay for but I’m not sure it was worth it. Reception isn’t manned 24 hrs, the guys speaks no English, and the room was incredibly basic. Admittedly the bed was comfy. Bathrooms are terrible. Missing loo roll, dirty areas, both showers on each floor without hot water. Dirt and grime visible. Location is about 30 min walk from CM centre, you’d be better paying a bit more to be closer. Overall Wouldn’t recommend.

Worn out and noisy
Did not get a key for my room before after 4 hrs so could not leave my stuff. Very noisy road just outside. Even though it is cheap I believe you get better value elsewhere.

Personne à l’accueil, pas de nettoyage des sanitaires car de notre arrivée à notre départ le miroir était sale et une belle crotte de rat était sur le devant du mirroir , un rat nous a fait une belle visite dans les sanitaires. Une odeur horrible dans tout l’hôtel qui pique la gorge et met mal à la tête , une seule prise dans la chambre qui sert pour le ventilateur donc impossible de charger les téléphones la nuit il faut aller dans les parties communes. Pas de papier wc car l’évacuation ce fait dans la rue. Il vous faut marcher un peu avant de pouvoir trouver un bar resto où vous pouvez manger thaï et boire de l’alcool car la rue est musulmane . Je vous déconseille vraiment cet endroit, heureusement que nous y sommes resté que 2 nuits . En soit , Chiang maï est super à visiter vous trouverez des taxis super à moindre prix pour un road trip au top . Même si vous rechercher comme nous un endroit simple et pas cher en Thaïlande des fois il vaut mieux rajouter un peu et avoir quelques chose de plus propre. Nous avons trouver des hôtels tout basique et familial pour 50 baht de plus . Mauvaise expérience en tout cas dans cet hôtel

Wir haben noch nie in so einer schlechten Unterkunft geschlafen. Die Betreiberin kümmert sich nur um die Räume,wenn jemand ausgecheckt hat. Müll wird tagelang nicht geleert. Baderäume werden nicht gereinigt. Haus insgesamt sehr runterkommen. Ich hatte mehrfach "Besuch" von einer Ratte oder Maus,die mir mehrere Sachen (dann auch noch meinen Rucksack) zerbissen hat. Keinerlei Reaktion der Betreiberin,obwohl wir selbst auch etwas Thai sprechen. Sie ist zwar im Haus, kümmert sich aber um nichts. Wären die zwei netten Frauen mit ihrem Cafe vor dem Haus nicht, würden die Gäste nichtmal einchecken können. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut NICHT zu empfehlen
