Had to change rooms because street noise was so loud it was impossible to sleep and shower didn't drain. Second room had broken AC. Both rooms were very poorly designed, clearly the bare minimum effort applied. Bedroom wasn't cleaned daily, always lack of coffee, towels, etc. Staff was uninterested in solution.

The place is loud!!!!!!!!!! We had a room literally facing a Main Street, and we heard sirens, loud music from cars, and people yelling until 4 am. The staff are incredible, and it’s a fantastic hotel. They need to invest in sound proof windows

The check in clerk was kind of rude. The wait for a valet to park our car was 45 minutes. The window blind in our room was off its track and stuck at half mast.

The front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, especially Francisco. The property was immaculate. It was a great location for walking everywhere. We never had to wait long for an elevator. The room was a good size, the beds were very comfortable and we even had pillow options, i.e. soft and hard pillows. I would highly recommend this hotel

The room was a good size and the location was good however the maid service was terrible. Towels, toilet paper, tissue and Nespresso coffee pods( all though that is supposed to be a big selling point) were restocked. The code for the internet was not provided for upon check in. It became tiring and repetitive to have to call the front desk to have what should be standard service taken care of. Two refillable water bottles are provided in the room which is a nice touch but the refill machine which is located in the main lobby dispenses very warm water. Overall, we would choose another location to stay for our next visit to Chicago

Hotel is centrally located, clean and spacious room, and great staff. Major downside was the poor noise insulation of the windows (the sirens, trucks and honking are incredibly loud). Parking for $75 a night is exorbitant.

Lovely casual elegant hotel in awesome location.
Overall a beautiful and excellent stay. Great location and casual elegance. We booked a room for 3 (parents + teenage child) that had a king sized bed and a sofa…. our son had to sleep on a small sofa with his legs hanging over the arm which wasn’t great.
