I stayed two different nights in two different rooms. Rooms were not cleaned thoroughly. Stray hairs and residue from prior guests in the bathroom. It was very clear the room was occupied before I got the room key. The sliding door to the bathroom does not offer secure privacy. Phone in one of the rooms was broken also. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk. Staff was nice and polite but not anything they could really do about cleanliness but send someone to clean up. I received extra towels when requested which was the only really outstanding thing I noticed from service here. Decent hotel if you have a short stay but not as clean as expected, if you care about that like I do. Would not here stay again if I visit Chicago.

The hotel pool was closed and front desk did not mention it at check out. My kids were unhappy with this, and I was disappointed as well. Also, valet stole an item worth approximately $45 from my glove box! Why were they in my glove box?

Great location and space for the price.
Everything was fine- the location is great. You can hear everything in the hallways, that was my only complaint. Front desk and valet staff were excellent.

Perfect place if you’re here for some shopping at the Mag Mile. The room was perfect for a couple or one person. Not somewhere I’d stay with a family. My only “complaint” is that if you come with friends or family ask to be on the same floor. The elevator only takes you to your floor. I know it’s for safety but inconvenient when wanting yo go to each other’s room. Also a man in the lobby lost his phone and had to wait to see if his friend would come down.

I paid extra for our rooms facing the city and they gave us one in front of a building. The double bed room was not really clean. The other room was what I paid for and everything was fine. I asked and they told me that since I booked through Expedia they would resolve it for me. The valet parking was fenomenal thanks for al your help with my elder mother.
