El hotel es muy bueno para él costo y adecuado. Ofrece desayuno y a su alrededor hay varias opciones de comidas. Muy céntrico y a 30 minutos de la ciudad. Si buscas un lugar donde solamente descansar para luego continuar tus actividades programadas excelente opción. En cuanto a limpieza debes solicitarla. El hotel al menos en el segundo piso se encuentra en renovación pero a mi gusto no me molesta .Otra buena oportunidad es que puedes pagar en efectivo solo si tienes una tarjeta de crédito para retener depósito de seguridad, si pagas utilizando tarjeta no te retienen depósito de seguridad. En resumen todo muy acorde y satisfecha.

Overall the stay was good, we stayed for 5 days. The only thing we didn't like is the shower: no working ventilation, water stayed on the floor. Because of that, the room was always damp. Other than that, there are a lot of good places to eat within a waking distance. Easy transportation route to downtown Chicago.

Bad customer service. I reached hotel at 5am in the morning after taking a red-eye flight and they would not let me check-in. They were going to charge me for the room but would not let me check-in. After arguing with the front desk lady and asking her to put me in touch with manager, she finally checked me in. But the room was dirty and was right next to freeway. I finally checked out next day and booked myself another hotel. Stay away from this place !

The room was not cleaned and there was hair everywhere. The so called clean towels also had hair and stains on them. The coffee machine did not work in the room. The breakfast options were terrible.
