Awesome staff they are the sweetest & very helpful. Room was nice and spacious and property was very cozy. My complaints are mainly for the bathroom. We took cold showers our entire stay because the water would not get hot. Also the shower and sink counter space is very small. Also our toilet somewhat would leak every time you flushed it which was kind of gross & unsanitary. Aside from that the stay was cool, most of my stars are for the staff!!

Great stay, really comfy bed, amazing gym, and easy check in. only complaint was the food was average and the bartender was more concerned with finding people to get “wasted” with him the next day and also dropping F’bombs left and right within ear shot of patrons. Other than that, the hotel was really really good

My husband and I stayed for just one night. The room was super tiny! Much smaller than we expected. Even though it was tiny, it was very clean and super high tech. Your iPad controls everything in the room, the lights, curtains, temp, and tv. The lights can be changed to almost any color. I loved how the king bed was nestled up to the window. So we could see Michigan Avenue while sitting in bed. I would definitely come back here! Only complaint is self parking is a pain and some of the employees weren’t the friendliest.
