I was told that there would be someone at check out to be sure the damage deposit of $100 was taken off of my bill. Person on duty when we left claimed he spoke no English. I now have to go back and check w/ the credit card co to be sure the billing was right.

It was walking distance to many of Chicagos landmarks for sightseeing as well as shopping. Also they were dog friendly which was great. The only downside is no valet or on-site parking. The parking garage wasn't far but still not on-site.

Noisy, but let me explain. They have 2 types of rooms. I had one of each. 11 They were both very comfortable. Comfy beds with great pillows and excellent linens. The TV was big and had a lot of channels. I really liked having a full desk and chair to work. And the shower was fantastic, The water pressure is just perfect. I had a microwave and a refrigerator which was greatly appreciated. The staff was amazing and super helpful. The location is ideal. I would most definitely stay again. I would have given my staff I star rating except. My interior room was perfect, but my exterior room Was on the 4th floor, and facing a major street. There were no other rooms higher up. Each morning by 6 AM there was a lot of traffic noise. I am a light sleeper so for me this was a major issue. Next time I will only get into your rooms.

I had a few issues with my stay (room didn’t have what I asked for, got my room changed and someone was in there etc) but the customer service was pretty good and I was happy with the solutions. They just need to be more organized.
