The lack of any housekerping during our stay was disappointing. If trash bags could be put in waste receptacles we could have set it out rarher than having the bins overflow. Daily face cloths are a must.

Phenomenal Affordable Option in Chicago
My daughter and I stayed overnight here and loved it! Staff were friendly, communicative, and very accomodating. The build was a bit older, but they have done a wonderful job with rennovations. Its only a 10- minute walk from the train station and a 15-minute walm to Millenium Park. The only thing is the water took a while to get hot, but again it's an older building and worth waiting for the cost-effective price to stay. Will stay again!

Room had what we needed. We needed refrigeration for some food we bought and talked to front desk. They said they could send us a mini frig and did with 10 minutes. Front desk was also helpful with directions to L. It’s close to them all.
