I am not even sure where to begin. The check in person was over the top with directions and could not adjust to our questions. He had to stick with his routine and that was it. The directions to getting to our room were ridiculous!!!! After telling us where the room was, he continued to draw a map; which was totally unnecessary for it was extremely simple. The room had 2 beds. One of the beds had hair and dirt on the sheets, So, we slept in one bed! Yuck! Yes, we could have told the front desk, but we didn't want to deal with the front desk person any more. The breakfast was good and the area very clean. Michael, the morning front desk person, was awesome as well as the Breakfast Lady. One more thing. The heater in the room made a clunking noise every time it turned on and woke us up. Therefore, we did not get a good night's rest.

I decided not to stay at this hotel. Had to go to the salon before check in and took longer than I thought. I called the hotel to ask if my kids can go check on n before I get done and this guy on the phone was extremely rude and first word that came from his mouth was rude, so I message this hotel to refund me my money. Stayed at different hotel and location.
