Ants in one room and a faulty door latch
I usually rave about my Courtyard by Marriott spots, but this one was diaappointing. Ant were coming into my room/bathroom from the hallway. I asked the front desk to take care of it while i was gone during the day to only find more ants and that my room had not been cleaned at all. When i went back to the front desk the staff was appologetic and gave me a new room. However the latch on that room was malfunctioning and when i told the dwsk staff they just gave me a new card even when i told them it wasnt the card. Once i opened the door (putting my shoulder into it) i got in and was afraid to leave the rest of the even for fear of gwtting locked out. Then i ended up nearly trapped when the door wouldnt open the next morning. I had to yank on it with all my body weight.

No coffee available for free in the lobby. Was promised a 2 pm late check out by desk agent this past Friday night but next day a different desk agent said I had to be out of room by 1 pm.
