Well located and close to the subway. Area is safe, although it is a busy street nearby. Shuttle was helpful, although your bags will get tossed around. The hotel breakfast was quite good, and the snack was an added bonus. We used both the gym and the pool and they were good as well. All things considered, it was a good stay, a little overpriced but we were content with the train ride downtown.

Housekeeping “cleaned our room and left the garbage still in the room, towels and bath towels were discolored, we did not use it. The ambiance was just an absolute joke the doors weren’t sealed properly, light streamed into the room from outside and weren’t properly sealed. It was outdated and in need of renovation. Plus side is that it was close to the airport but wouldn’t recommend or revisit.

I can honestly say it was an amazing stay. We were able to check in early. The room was so spacious and comfortable. The front desk was really nice the restaurant and bartender were so friendly and genuinely kind by far the best service I have experienced in my travels. The bartender Juan and the lady that was the server were so kind and made us feel comfortable and welcome! Will definitely stay here again.
