The most unsafe service ever
Me and the manager had words when I noticed he copied my ID without my consent. It was for security purse versus but they did not have a policy doing this. I told him that I don't approve or allow him to have a copy of my identification so he told me that he would cancel my room then so I said I would deal with this the fallowing morning.

The reviews are spot on..dont even bother just run. It was as high priced as everyother hotel but it felt like you walked into a room that matinace was still working on. I wish i could have posted videos. The man who eventually helped us after standing there 20 minutes and then having to call the hotel twice to even get him to check us in to our room, he came out wearing pajama pants and a sweatshirt. Didnt even say hello just said ID. Then made a copy of my card and ID said it was for security purposes in case there was any police issues. Got to our room. Cards didnt work. Had to go through the process of trying to somehow get him back to the front desk again. How that hotel is even running blows my mind. Run down isnt even the word for it. Beyond gross. If i had the option to turn around and leave i would have. Not only was my charge non refundable, not a single photo on their website is of that hotel. If it is, its photoshopped. Our room smelled like a dirty sock. Fridge smelled moldy. Stains on carpet, marker or candy (was pink or purple) on sheets tv remote didnt work. Tv had damaged spots in the screen on tv, holes and dents all over the walls and in the shower.I even put a chair in front of the door.Some sort of fluid running down air conditioner, stains in carpet didnt want to walk on it. Could go on and on. And less then 9 hours after check and him taking copies of my stuff i was alearted by my bank of fraud in a city i wasnt even in with that card!

Worst hotel we've stayed at.
As soon as we walked into the hotel, there was a horrid stench throughout the entire hotel. The bathroom was broken, it wasn't clean at all and the toilet seat was broken. The kitchen was also terrible, the faucet was broken. The walls and curtains had dirty marks, the hotel looked like it wasnt cleaned for years. The beds were stained, smelly and again, broken. The room in general was broken and stinky, one of the most horrible experiences we've had with a hotel.

This place is in need of a total remodel, everything is cery old, the carpet is old, stained and smells. For the amount charged this is not even a 40 dollar a night place. Very disappointed, even the light fixtures didn't work

I had read the reviews and looked at some pictures and thought this property seemed fine for a one to multi-night stay in the area - I was sorely mistaken.I drove up and windows were open because people were smoking weed out of them.The staff was fine and helpful, when needed but when I went into the lobby it was obviously a roach motel.I was worried for my safety.The room was clean at first glance with a gross carpet and outdated.A pubic hair was in my tub.There were, what appeared to be, prostitutes in the hallway. There was a BLOODY CONDOM WITH A MAGNUM WRAPPER next to my car in the morning. The staff was fine but other than that, I would never let someone I know stay here until it is renovated completely.

NEVER AGAIN!
The rooms are always disgusting and filthy. The walls were peeling ! All the towels had stains and the carpet had dirty brown stains that looked like pee or poop. I'm getting a refund! I woke up with bumps on my forehead, the beds are small and trifling! AND THE FRONT DESK INDIAN GUYS WERE CREEPY & WEIRD! THEY KEPT LOOKING AT MY BREAST AND BUTT WHEN I WALKED IN

The hotel was disgusting! The carpet are so dirty that it looks like that have never been cleaned. The whole hotel smells like cigarette smoke and the parking lot is dirty with garbage and feels very unsafe with shady characters hanging around. I will never book this hotel again and never recommend it. People are not saving money here, they are paying for a very bad experience.

The desk manager moves really slow, and had a lobby full of customers and sat on the phone ignoring the line. She didn’t have any sense of urgency or care.
