Perfect location! Walkable to the lake and restaurants and right above a trains station to O'Hare! The staff was super nice, they texted to make sure I was ok each day and the breakfast was a hot breakfast! Will defintiely stay again next time I'm in Chicago.

Great location, friendly staff!
We chose this hotel because of its proximity to SAIC and other attractions. It’s a great location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice, clean and beds were comfortable. The free breakfast was decent as well. Would definitely recommend.

We were immediately greeted and welcomed by Robyn and staff. The communication was excellent if anything was needed during the stay. Breakfast was very convenient and the staff did their best to keep all items stocked nicely. Rides generally showed up within 2 to 5 minutes and we're very reasonable. Public transportation is also very close if needed. The cleaning staff was amazing. Rooms were very nice. Shopping was very close. There's a department store and other shopping are a few minutes away. Security was very good. The building is older and full of charm however the rooms are all up to date. Would definitely stay here many more times.

The point mostly stood out was accessibility to the places in downtown! Morning breakfasts were crowded after 8:30 which I guess makes sense! Lobby was not that big but did the job!
