I enjoyed my stay at this hotel so much I had to book another stay within a month! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The facility itself is very clean and I feel you get the most out of your money here - the room is clean and spacious, the lobby has fresh lemon water, and the pool is well kept. The breakfast alone makes it all worth it - fresh waffles, well seasoned eggs and potatoes, lots of bacon, oatmeal with topping, the list goes on. I would definitely recommend!

All the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean, there were so many walkable restaurants in front of the hotel that you could safely eat at It was a perfect hotel. I will come back when I come to Chicago. Wonderful !

This is an excellent hotel! The beds are comfortable, the sheets are great, the pillows are great, the shower was great, the bathroom is huge, the towels are fluffy, the location is excellent, and it is extremely clean! Check-in was easy, parking is easy, and the front desk person, Jaylin, was wonderful. The breakfast is outstanding and features oatmeal, omelettes, sausage, waffles, gluten-free items, and lots of other things. I rate it one of the best hotels where I’ve stayed in a long time.

Reasonably priced new hotel near Chicago's Medical District with all of the amenities needed for a great stay. The free breakfast had a wide assortment with meat and egg offerings changing daily. There was even a complimentary coffee station in the lobby. The room was spacious and well-lit with a big screen TV and WiFi. Bathroom was large and the tub had many safety grab bars. Numerous take-out restaurants (think Chipotle, 5 Guys, Chick-fil-A and Starbucks) right in front of hotel. Highly recommended and family friendly. Friendly helpful staff.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Personnel was very kind and helpful. Parking was convenient by the hotel. Across the street is a plaza that offered many food options. We were going to the United Center and it was close to it. We would stay there again for sure!

Observation of a beautiful Room.
The staff was quite welcoming crew was nice the room was a nice touch with the microwave and refrigerator how ever I did not see any coasters,or paper towels to use for protecting the tables and what can be used inside the microwave to keep the table clean and then there’s dish liquid soap what’s it going to be used for? Just washing hands? There’s nothing to wash the counter off.

We were thoroughly impressed with the friendliness of the staff! Each person we came into contact with seemed to genuinely like working there and care about us as guests. It was truly a great experience. The property was also clean and fresh. You can tell it's a pretty new place. The breakfast was great and plentiful. The fitness center was also clean and well-equipped. This stay was an exceptional value!
