Staff was super friendly, the hotel location was very close to all the places I wanted to visit and in walking distance. The room was really nice and very clean, I was visiting out of state so I was nervous but I had an amazing experience at this hotel.

After viewing many different hotels in downtown Chicago, we decided on Hilton Chicago/Magnificent Mile. The front desk staff were nice and welcoming - and were able to answer any questions we had. We LOVED our room. The layout reminded us of an apartment. The hotel was also very quiet, which could be because we went in the middle of the week in winter, but besides the point, it was lovely. The only issue we encountered was we didn’t have hot water at night to take a shower, but we did in the morning. Checkout the next morning was easy. Parking - there are a few lots available for you to self-park your car, or you can use the valet option available through the hotel which is $79. The other parking lots in the vicinity, or at least the one we parked in, was $55 for overnight, and it was a very short walk to the hotel - I will note that I didn’t feel like I was in danger at all walking to and from the hotel.

The room was not cleaned. Frist of all the was bugs on the wall in the room. There was blood on the shower wall. Shower was rusted.
