The staff was not very friendly. Our room was not fully clean and we had to wait an extra two hours after check-in, and nobody offered any sort of reimbursement of any kind. Most people in the city of Chicago were really friendly, but the staff seemed a little rude.

The hotel was the lower floors of the building while the higher floors were a different hotel “canopy”. This made it feel like we were low class. The entrance is on the side with a little sign. The other hotel has a nice big entrance with a pretty lobby.

Very nice. We showed up before check in and although we couldn’t get early check in, they immediately started working on getting our rooms ready. They kept our bags while we explored the city. Room is clean, quiet, and had a nice view. Overall a great experience.
