Our room was late 20 mins to check in, but staff was great and polite and gave us a free upgrade due to the wait. Clean and modern rooms. Definitely will be using this hotel again.

From start to finish my stay was AMAZING!!! I did have one issue the throw cover had holes in it . As well as the comfortable being a bit thin. But these are small complaints . Cleanliness of the property was exceptional!!!! The front desk staff was amazing from directing me to the parking garage by phone to getting me checked in. The young lady who checked me out provided great customer service within second of me approaching the counter . The third shift security guard that man’s the doors that lead to the elevators made me feel safe and right at home . 10 out of 10 I do recommend!!!!! I most certainly will be back to visit and Home 2 Suites on Huron is the place to be . Everything is nearby if you’ve already seen Michigan Ave then there’s no need to go back plenty to explore near the hotel . Kudos to the staff who worked 9/20/24-9/22/24 Thank you so much !!!!!

I like that views that my room gave me I like how comfortable I felt in the hotel as well. What u didn’t like was the curtains. I felt they should have been the blackout curtains that helps keep the sunshine out. Overall I loved my room.

The staff was so, so sweet! I really liked the gentlemen and 2 different girls I saw working the front desk. I forget the name of the girl who checked me in on Friday 9/6, but she was very sweet and was very thorough in explaining how to use the overnight parking to me. The room left something to be desired for me, although I can tell it’s relatively new, it is not as well kept as I would like it to be. There was considerable liquid staining on the desk chair, couch, and the wall by the nightstand, as well as a wrapper by the nightstand. While I understand they may be sanitized, it definitely doesn’t give the impression that it’s clean, so I would recommend like a couch cover that housekeeping could wash or if you had the chance to like carpet clean them, which would be super involved (i know, sorry). I picked this spot because of the central location, breakfast, and price of overnight parking and was very satisfied in that regard, just wish the room felt cleaner! But again the staff that was working on Friday 8/6 were sweetiepies!! And the guy that worked Friday night and Saturday morning was helpful and personable! Thank you!

The only thing we did not like was the pillows, they are too soft and my neck
