We loved this hotel. Beautiful and convenient location. The rooftop pool was a bit rundown but it was too windy for us to enjoy the days we were there anyhow....neat view though! Our room was clean and breakfast was wonderful. Would stay again!

We booked our stay through Travelocity, received an itinerary AND confirmation number. However, the hotel staff could NOT find any reservation for us and they were completely booked. So we had to locate a last minute stay at another hotel which was far worse and not as close to our venue. We are VERY unhappy with both the hotel and Travelocity!!!

We had a reservation held with credit card. We arrive only to be told no rooms available and they typically overbook by 4 to 5 rooms every night. No help from front desk to try and find another hotel late at night. We finally found a another with room several blocks away. This hotel is a disgrace to the brand. I have never had such terrible service at a hotel. Shame on you for not honoring our reservation. To add to the insult the hotel has charged my credit card for the reservation- even though they never checked us in.

We’ve stayed at this hotel many times, appreciate the location, separate bedroom and the appliances in the suites. Staff are pleasant and helpful. We travel to Chicago for opera, museums restaurants and to see friends.
