My daughter and I stayed here for a girls trip weekend. This hotel is beautiful. The pictures just do not do it justice. We were able to check in early with no problems and go right to our rooms to drop off the luggage. The receptionists were kind and very helpful with finding local restaurants and helping us find the train station. We will recommend this hotel again and again. The location is prime for easy access to food, shopping and sightseeing.

I did not like the fact that they did not stock the refrigerator with drink , they did not supply water for drinking and coffee, the coffee machine is old style, not good coffee, breakfast the same every morning make it boring after the second night

The hotel is gorgeous. There is a fitness center bar and restaurant that I utilized. The only thing that was meh was the shower the head is rainfall style and the pressure and temperature wasn’t as hot or hard as I would have liked but everything else great. The breakfast Buffett was amazing

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Riu. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had a delicious dinner at Nora’s right around the corner.

Overall the hotel was good, and we enjoyed convenience and quality of the breakfast buffet. What we didn’t like and want to bring to the hotel’s attention was poor wifi. The WiFi was spotty at best, and in addition my own cell phone data didn’t work inside the hotel. This is not acceptable in this day and age. My husband had to go downstairs everything he needed to use his laptop for work.

El hotel es Hermosillo nos encanto lo comodo y lo bien ubicado que esta, el desayuno es increible he abandon comp server en hoteles y es el mejor buffet que he visit completamente variado y los empleadosson realmente amables todos los de front desk, housekeepers, servers, supervisors, los maleteros en fin todos, lo unico que realmente nos desiluciono es que cojimos este hotel por el rooftop y Nina lo abrieron aunque en mi estadia hubieron dias los cuales estuvieron buenos para abrirlo y nisiquiera por el frío los excuso en un sitio donde 6 meses hace frío deberían tener buenos calentadores para mantenerlo abierto cuando no nieva de lo demás estuvo excelente volveré para poder ir al rooftop.
