The location of this hotel is great! Easy access to dinning, shopping and Navy Pier. The room was clean and comfortable. Love that it is connected to a Starbucks and Michael Jordan’s. The staff was great and the parking was easy (a bit expensive). Overall would definitely stay here again.

Location amazing! Very dark hallways going to your room. Felt creepy and dated. Hotel should be light, bright and welcoming

Hotel was very noisy, busy, a lot going on in the lobby and the front of hotel constantly. Late night in room dinning gave my husband and I a bad case of the runs. Other than that that staff an hotel was very nice along with the location.
