A bit off this year. I’m aware it’s peak season but there was a lot of little things that aren’t normal but didn’t quite work this season. All of the challenges are first world problems but if you Pay to stay at such a nice space you expect it to be a thoughtful experience. Might be looking for a different place next year

We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff were so friendly and attentive. Our room view was amazing, and the location of the hotel was awesome. There’s a lot to do and see that’s within walking distance. Was nicely decorated for Christmas. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

A fantastic stay!

An absolutely perfect location for us. Right in the middle of everything with a ton of options for eating and shopping just steps away. The cleaning staff might be some of the nicest I’ve ever encountered at a hotel. Chicago at Christmas really does exude all the magic!

I hope to be fair in my evaluation. First: The internet service is intermittent and very slow. Second: Calls are not answered (reception / room service / customer service) except after several attempts. Third: Delay in delivering the request, knowing that the hotel is not crowded according to the receptionist’s statement. Fourth: The windows are not working and need maintenance, as well as the curtains, and the situation is similar for the furniture. Compared to Intercontinental hotels in other cities, this branch is the worst (according to my personal evaluation), but the rest of the things that I did not mention are good.

Enjoyed my visit to Chicago and my stay at Intercontinental Hotel Magnificent Mile. The staff was helpful and accommodating, and the rooms are nice and spacious.

I have stayed in here a bunch of times, this time the staff was rude, they didn’t even answer the phone. Very noisy in the lower floors.

After bringing my bags to my car I went back to the room to retrieve 1 more bag and the housekeeper put all the full liquor and juice bottles in a grocery bag on top of the mini bar. She asked if I was taking the bag with me and I said No I don't drink alcohol or fruit juices and that I did not put any of it in the bag. I didn't purchase anything at all from the mini bar during my stay. I tried to put it all back in the mini bar but she told me she would do it for me. She didn't because when I checked with the front desk, they said $250 in mini bar charges were added to my bill. He said he would take my charges off my bill, but he did not. She steals the goods, I get charged for it, and the hotel/staff keeps the money so she doesn't lose her job. Hey Senorita! Have a few drinks on me. What a scam. I've called about this several times. They always say they will call back in 24-48 hours and they never have.

Great hotel expensive parking

Great location just plain on spending a lot on parking. It was 85$ a day at the hotel and that’s a deal if you try to park in any garage it’s around 40$
