Great location for what we wanted to see in Chicago… the tourist spots! It was also an easy subway ride to Bucktown. We had a suite which was really nice to relax in after a day of walking. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and always friendly especially Valerie! The free bottle of wine was a nice touch!

It was OK. Rooms were pretty clean, gym was nice. There were strange inconvenient things abt the room design--no towel bars or hooks in bathroom except next to shower, no bedside lights on one side. Beds were comfortable but bouncy. Gym was solid. Staff was very nice. Biggest downside was just the high levels of street noise at night. Be aware it is a busy area with motorcycles and ambulances going by. Not the hotels fault but was surprised windows weren't better sound insulated given the location.

We enjoyed the bar/restaurant Edgar was super nice at breakfast. I had requested a couple of items in advance by phone, they didn't have them in the room when we got there, so i had to ask again. In my opinion, this was just average.

Super convenient location. Easy to walk around to restaurants and shopping also really easy to get to the train. Staff was nice and attentive. Room was clean.
