Washroom door is not fully closed due to the built defect and there is no exhaust which has spread washroom smell all over the room. There are no basic services like microwave and Fridge despite being a 4-star hotel. Extremely disappointed with the room facilities

The staff were highly accommodating, and helped make the stay remarkably comfortable. We were traveling with children under the age of 10, so having a restaurant option at the location (River North) was really great, but even more outstanding was the quality of the food! Front office is OUTSTANDING. They tend to everything and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Gabby at the front desk was amazing to us during our stay.

Friendly staff. Service a bit slow. No room service. Long wait for elevators since half or more were not functioning. Bad valet service. The room and view were average as well. Somewhat underwhelming for a 4.5 star rating.
