When we checked in we asked for a quiet room on top floor. The checkin clerk put us in a room that she said was quiet overlooking an alley. It was not quiet; room faced an area that had live bands who played until 2:00 and 1:30 on that weekend. Other than that, it was a nice hotel.

Overall pretty good. Happy hour is a nice extra. Billing was s little complicated and raised some questions (for others as well). The final figure didn’t exactly match my reservation price here, but pretty close.

This was the most perfect stay we have ever had over the past 10 year period in Chicago. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully with a map of Chicago as wallpaper in the room! The free breakfast was great too with a variety of options. Good breakfast space. Also, available, is a table of basic food and drink items right as you get off the elevator on the sixth floor in case you are doing a quick grab and go. Area is also a wonderful Way to walk around and feel how vibrant the city is. So glad I found this place!

Loved our stay for a weekend bachelorette trip. The location is very walkable to Rivernorth bars and restaurants. The free continental breakfast is smaller but perfect for a quick bite in the morning. Our room overlooked JoJo’s shakes courtyard which was a fun view. It did get pretty noisy overnight with the live music across the street, but not a huge issue if you’re there for the nightlife. Staff was kind enough to provide us with free water and extra towels when we asked. Overall a great experience!

The location could not have been better. right in the River North neighborhood, just a short walk from scads and scads of dining and drinking options and one block from the Riverwalk. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and we felt safe. However... Yes there is a negative, a big one. Our room was on the north side of the building, and there is a open courtyard business there which played VERY loud music every night. Until after 2 AM Friday and Saturday and midnight Sunday night. It was basically impossible to get to sleep until after that music stopped. I inquired about getting moved to a room on the south side and was told they did not have any. The next time we visit Chicago we might stay there, but only if they can guarantee us a room on the south side of the building.
