L7 was in a perfect location with clean modern room. What I loved most was their detail to guest accommodations. The rooms even had face masks in the bathrooms, the robes were soft and the complimentary water station/coffee was a plus! I would definitely stay here again

The room was one of the largest 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for our two college boys and two moms. The location is fantastic, so close to Millennium Park, the river and Michigan Ave. Cute lobby and plenty of restaurants near by. There was free espresso and popcorn in the lobby too! Would stay here again!

This was one of the best hotel stays we’ve had in a long time. My wife and I stayed for our anniversary and were provided with chocolates and a bottle of champagne on our first night. Staff was incredible, room was thoughtfully furnished and supplied with things to make the stay perfect. Aside from a need for sound insulation, this stay was perfect. Will definitely be coming back!!

Such a fun and unique style - we REALLY loved it. The rooms are cozy and we had booked a river facing room and were able to enjoy the little seating nook at the window that gave you a better view of the city. I booked here for 2 nights, before Christmas and the price seemed reasonable for a hotel in the city. I arrived earlier than my check in at 3pm (around 11am) and figured there would be no harm in asking if the room was ready, no issues if not, I fully understand check-in was more than 4 hours out. The room was ready but I’d be required to pay $50 for the early check in, after a 13 hour drive from New York I was just ready to take a nap and paid. I realized afterwards this was the first hotel to charge me an early entry fee. If the room is ready and cleaning for the day is done it seems a little robotic to charge but this trend continued when I left. The room was modern and clean. I can only say good things about the building and it’s location. Unfortunately the trip ended the same way as it started. I concluded my business a day ahead of schedule and decided to check out the next evening to make the journey back to New York early. I requested my car which had been parked and paid for the first full day ($46) and asked if would pay for the second day in full and was told I would pay a half day ($23). No issues here and I wouldn’t have complained if I was expected to pay the second full day. I received the final bill, which was the full day, the half day and then a full day parking late removal (9pm) fee? A valet was already working at this time and seems like another phantom charge. I paid 2.5 days parking for 1.5 days. Nice hotel, lacking a touch of class.
