Booked this hotel based off the reviews and I can confirm that this hotel is great! Definitely newer and therefore clean. Gives an aesthetic vibe and is in a prime location. We had easy access to riverwalk, millennium park, mag mile, and transportation to everywhere else. I would def book again FYI the Room doesn’t have a microwave but you can easily request one for free.

The staff here went above and beyond to make sure my daughter and I had a great birthday weekend in Chicago. Early check-in, help with our belongings, valet parking and a birthday treat made for a stress free stay. Everyone was so nice and upbeat at all times throughout our weekend stay. We will definitely be back!
