This is a top of the line Custom Single Family home. You will not find a nicer, larger, newer, Single Family Home in Chicago. The house is 4200 square feet, it has 2 decks, an attached 2 car garage (you don't want to walk outside in the winter to get to your car). The property has great potential and we had a good time. We expected light bulbs to work, stove to be clean, showers to be cleaner. a clean deck, jets did not work in tub, down fridge was either not cold enough or it froze things, grounds in the coffee pot when we arrived, one sink stopper in master bath is broken. We do not want to sound overly harsh but we have rented a lot of houses and were a little disappointed.
