Excellent hotel. The staff is super friendly and our room was ready upon arrival. We opted for the upgraded room with the separate seating area. There is excellent shopping and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel in the future.

Good, once again.
We have stayed here previously and really like the rooms, comfort and cleanliness. Only negative is that the bathroom was really small this time. Avoid rooms on the same side and close to the elevators.

Horrible experience. Housekeeping only offering to come each day at 8am, when we would politely ask them to return a bit later- they’d say yes then never return. When we checked out we cleaned prior to leaving, and were still charged a $250 deep cleaning fee. When I asked why the assistant manager said it was due to “crumbs” on the floor. Absolutely absurd. Awful staff. Keys never worked, had to get escorted by security into the room when 4 replacement keys didn’t work. Spending 500 a night you’d expect better. Stay away.

Location of this hotel was perfect!! Only disappointing thing was I specifically wanted to choose a hotel with room service. This has room service listed as an amenity BUT when we got here we were told we have to pick the food up after ordering it. Not sure who needs to know, but that is not room service to me! So needless to say we were extremely disappointed when finding this out and feel that should not be listed as an amenity for this hotel.

The only thing I did not like is that the bar closes at 10:00 PM. That makes no sense to me. The bar is an amenity and even if it is less profitable for an hour or two, it should be open for your guests until midnight on weekends at least.

The staff is amazing here! Everyone was very nice and helpful. If you are coming to Chicago to shop this is a great location. Everything is within walking distance from here. Area is very nice and very clean.
