The Omni was terrific! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. My wife, son, and I felt like family (so much that he started calling the bell staff cousin). We will definitely be staying here our next time in the city. The location is perfect! Thank you guys so much.

Hotel is is good condition, but we had a few issues. First, their website advertised a seld parking option for around $60 and valet for $80, at check-in i was told it was valet only. Second, the rooms are very loud, we had a corner suite and had families on both sides of our room, they may have as well been in our room, no sound proofing what so ever.

Loved how spacious the room was. Bed was comfortable, size and ease of using the TV (which isn’t always the case in hotels). All nice. Couch wasn’t the best, but that was really the only negative. Great deal on the room. Would definitely go there again!

We love staying at the Omni when we are in Chicago. The location is great the staff is always friendly and helpful. We travel with our dog and he is always Welcome. My only complaint is the fitness center needs some updates along with the hotel. Things are a little worn down
