No room cleaning done through our stay (4N). Little to no response from reception on the phone. As such the staff was kind and accommodating, but found service value generally missing in all aspects you'd expect at this price point, especially this time of the year. The property gives a poorly managed feel. Amenities and their presentation and availability needs looking into. Rooms were tolerably clean on arrival. One of our rooms had multiple issues with key card. Like with everything else, we had to make multiple trips to reception, though they could not get it working. Overall, not at all impressed. Will look for other options in the future.

My stay off the magnificent mile was great. The room offered plenty of space and had everything we needed for comfort. One whole wall in the bedroom and living room were floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was good and the staff friendly.

Water valve, not working. Could not balance between cold and hot. This was for the sink and shower. Not having access to lobby via stairs. Took over 20 minutes to get on elevator during the check out/ breakfast hours. I get this is only a two hour winder per day, but one should not have to wait that long. Same happened to others including one couple on floor 2. So close yet so far away to get to the lobby.

The upgrade was giving me a suite with an extra room which I didn’t need. I would’ve much better would’ve liked to have been in a higher floor with a view like I requested.

The parking for this hotel is expensive and not convenient for paying hotel customers. It has no mention of the situation of parking until getting to the hotel. Overall great experience
