We loved staying at this hotel. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and shopping. As we had never been to Chicago, we felt very safe. Our only complaint was that our King sized bed was actually two twin beds pushed together which was not comfortable. When we asked the front desk, they said that all of their “King” beds were this way.

Amazing location, lots of shopping and great food within a walkable distance (0.3-1mi). Only downside was the bathroom products, the soap they provide makes your skin incredibly dry which is terrible in combination with the cold weather.

The area, friendliness of staff, and convenience of checking in were some of the things that I enjoyed about the hotel. Unfortunately some of the things that I didn’t like about the experience was the TV in the room not turning on after trying to unplug and replug the cord.

Loved everything about our stay. Excellent staff and room was just what we needed. The only hiccup was that the bed felt old lumpy. A little too firm for me. I would stay again without a doubt.
