The property was continently located. It was a little aged as far as rooms go. The pool was amazing though. Bar over priced. However, the staff was fabulous!! Especially Spiro. He was bell man, front desk greeter etc. he was everywhere all at once. Giving us insider info on taking train to airport and other local insights. All in all good value for the money. I would stay at the Royal Sonesta River North again!!

Great location for what we wanted to see in Chicago… the tourist spots! It was also an easy subway ride to Bucktown. We had a suite which was really nice to relax in after a day of walking. Everyone at the front desk was extremely helpful and always friendly especially Valerie! The free bottle of wine was a nice touch!
