Overall, our stay was ok. We had a 2 bedroom suite. It was clean and spacious. The breakfast was disappointing. Not alot of options, no fresh fruit, danishes, cereal, waffles or anything that a typical hotel breakfast would have. They did have eggs, turkey sausage and potatos, that were always empty. English muffins and bagels, but the bagels were also always empty. Both mornings we were there, everything was empty or gone and wasnt refilled unless we asked someone. I feel like someone should be actively refilling things especially on a busy morning.

I loved the friendliness of the staff...the front desk was helpful and the valet workers were excellent...the room was nice and clean(although house keeping needs a little work).Thought i had a room with a view of lake but it was cool we spent a lot of time exploring Chicago anyway..great trip will stay thrre again

Clean and spacious. However, we did not get room cleaning, although we had no sign on the door. Also, the valet was fast while checking in and during our stay. However, it took us almost 40 minutes to get the car when checking out. They need to have a more accurate tracking system for cars.

I booked this hotel for 3 days 2 nights. Two adults and 2 kids. First of all nowhere on Expedia does it talk about the deposit, that was the first con. It is $100 per night just so whoever is thinking of booking knows this. Second con was the parking info. It talked about valet parking being $70 but it also states there’s regular parking which is NOT true. The parking is $70 for overnight per day and $28 during the day. Thankfully there is an app called spot hero that you can download to reserve parking anywhere you want and there happened to be one that is a 4 minute walk from the hotel. The only issue with this was that once you park it there is no way to get it out without having to pay again everytime you come and go because the parking garages with in and out privileges were further away. The breakfast was very generic and bland. There was no pancakes, waffle makers or eggs. There was no good portions for people with dairy or gluten intolerances. There was only bagels, spreads, potatoes, sausages and granola with yogurt plus the drinks. I would not stay here again because the only good thing about it was the space, it is very nice inside and spacious it is almost like an apartment. Overall I feel like if you’re coming there for a day or 2 to relax not expecting to do much then it’s good. If you’re going there with family expecting to come and go to do things, then it is not worth it because of the parking issue. It made it very inconvenient for us.

I am terribly allergic to something in the room. I wonder if its left from the renovations they did as the couch and bed were the worst for me. I left early due to hives everywhere and asthma issues. I did have to give the room a good soapy water sponging, lots of accumulation of who knows what on ledges. Grease spatter was over cabinetry. Staff was amazing, just lovely wonderful helpful people.

Eveything was nice until I got there. With booking through Expedia I was unaware that it would be a $500 deposit (for a 7 week stay) until I arrived to the property. My fault for not booking THROUGH the hotel website itself. It did state that there was a $100 a night charge BUT it did not specify on Expedia when I booked it. Unfortunately, I only had enough money for the room & not the deposit itself. So with that being said, I was unable to utilize the room & could not cancel my reservation without paying the $800 cancellation fee so I was stuck with a room that I basically could not use. When i call Expedia to see if they could help, they gave me the run around. They could not cancel my booking on their end until they got a waiver from the hotel, the hotel said NO. Long story short, I HAD to contact my bank to get my money back since I was charged ($200 through afterpay) for 1 nights stay....THAT I COULD NOT USE. 0/10 will not book again. Next time, will find some place cheaper. The gentleman at the front desk was very sweet though. I believe his name was Marcus, give him a raise.

Large area perfect for my two dogs and 3 year old. Tons of space and very helpful staff. We're spending thanksgiving here while we wait on closing on our home.

the staff was great i had some business papers i needed to have printed and tgey went out of their way to help me accomplish this. i also forgot the fan i usually take everywhere and provided me with one. they were very helpful with dinner options as well!!
