Great apartment, lots of rules
We had a smooth stay with our group. The apartment is quite nice, including a large back patio, garage parking, and plenty of beds and bathrooms.
We enjoyed the open kitchen, dining, and living spaces. We were able to cook meals and made good use of the beautiful kitchen island and available cookware.
The location is close enough to get to the Blue line to/from O'Hare and walk to West Loop or Wicker Park.
Cons:
- The property managers use Guesty, and require some additional ID checks + agreements through that platform, separately from Vrbo.
- Checking in required a separate disclosure of rules for the house (including 11 pm quiet hours, enforced by private security and a penalty); these rules/penalties were not on the listing when booking.
- The kitchen has plates, cups, and some cooking pots, but no oil or spices, so bring your own.
