The hotel was close to the Wrigley field venue. It’s an old property that’s well worn. Staff (Amelia) was very friendly. The price was high for the quality of the property. The room was clean but the beds are old and lumpy. We wouldn’t choose this property again.

An 1950 era hotel which is going through gradual upgrade. So the building is stately ant the windows are all upgraded but the interior is still a work in progress.

My stay at the Majestic suited my purposes just fine. It's close to Wrigley and very easy to find. The neighborhood seemed safe and walkable but if you are someone looking for tons of dining or shopping options steps from your hotel, this is not that. It's very much part of a residential neighborhood. The staff were phenomenally friendly. Everything was a bit outdated, very very worn carpet, peeling wall paper, squeaky bed and scary elevator but none of that really mattered. I was safe and comfortable and well taken care of. Might not be my top choice for the price, but it's not a bad choice overall

The staff is great when you catch them. The property is clean for the most part but it’s falling apart, out smells funny and it’s old. The stairs had breaks in them. I would not stay there again, no matter how convenient the location is

Perfect place to stay, especially for a Cubs game.
We came to Chicago for a Cubs game and new nothing about the area or hotel. Turned out to be a boutique style hotel right in the middle of a neighborhood just a couple blocks off main roads. Desk clerk/manager was awesome, room was big, ac worked like a champ, hotel was clean. Walking distance to the Wrigley field, bars, restaurants, coffee and groceries. Loved it!

Something From A Movie
I rented a room for my daughters to visit the city and attend a concert. Unfortunately, during the stay, someone committed suicide by jumping from an adjacent building. The person landed on the pavement as they were preparing to exit the parking garage and enter the hotel. Initially, the security staff at the garage thought someone had been shot, and rushed them into a secure location inside the security office. It was extremely traumatic. Adding insult to injury, someone entered their vehicle and stole some of their belongings. Because an air tag had been hidden in one of the devices prior to the trip, they were able to track the location of the person with their things - but the police would not come to the location to confront the thief / thieves.

Was a baseball weekend with the Cardinals playing the cubs! Great place to stay - baseball themed. Staff friendly and helpful. Although no breakfast provided, coffee and tea available and coffee was great. Restaurants within walking distance Will definitely recommend

Lovely historic building in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance to Wrigley Field! Rooms were quaint and cozy with nice bedding and bath robes. In-room Courtesy bar and snacks were reasonably priced. While there wasn't in-room coffee, complimentary fresh brewed coffee is available in the lobby. Staff was friendly and efficient as was the parking garage staff. Guests park right around the corner at a reduced rate in a secure parking garage. While a little more expensive than some hotels, the perk was being super close to Wrigley Field and restaurants. You can park your car in the garage and walk everywhere! We would stay here again.
