Poor service at check in, no offer to take luggage. When calling about checking luggage for the day for my late flight I was told I could have left them at the 15th floor . Then I had to pick up the luggage on the 15th floor not the ground floor. The desk on the ground floor should have had the luggage brought down

The maid staff did not clean the room on the second night. Had to call front desk 3 times (of which once I was transferred) in order to get new towels to shower. The AC unit was extremely loud and was almost deaf every morning when waking up. Never coming back here.
