There was no power, no hot water. And we flew in from California for a reunion and could not take. A hot shower before the event and there were no Incentives given.

The staff were less than friendly. They offered no assistance when approached with a question. You have to straddle the toilet in order to shut the bathroom door. Both of the lamps in our room were broken. Overall, I did not feel welcomed, and we decided to check out a day early despite having paid for two nights and go to a different hotel

I ordered a package to the hotel and I called to ensure that they had it. However, when I showed up, it was nowhere to be found. Other than that, good stay.

Great location. Right next to all state arena. About a 6 min walk down the street. Target, chipotle, and other good places are all within a 5 min walk from the hotel. This is conveniently located.
