Chichester Lodge is a stunning property on the edge of the countryside but within a stones throw of Chichester and Goodwood.
Entering the house through the main door into the kitchen area there is a small seating area for two and beautiful ornate doors looking onto the patio area of the garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need to self cater for your stay including, electric oven and hob, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.
From this room there are two large king size rooms. The white room has an en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and the boudoir has en suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
Down the corridor leading to two further bedrooms you will find the king size terracotta room with an en suite shower and the king size Georgian style green room with en suite bathroom with shower over the bath.
All the rooms have their own televisions.
Outside the property the wrap around gardens are stunning. From the kitchen area there is a beautiful patio area with raised seating area and outdoor dining table, a real feature of this area is the calming waterfall feature.
To the side of the house there is a lawned area leading to the summer house which has wifi and could easily be used as a quiet space if a guest needs to work while away. Around from this area is a further patio area with a covered eating area and a koi pond.
Guests are welcome to use the private parking area which has plenty of parking for four vehicles.
This property is filled with beautiful eccentric little items that make it feel both luxurious and cosy, the hosts at Chichester Lodge really have gone the extra to make sure guests have a lovely stay.
Chichester Lodge is set on the edge of the South Downs National Park just off the country road to Chichester and on the Lavant route to Goodwood. At the bottom of the lane there are beautiful walks into the surrounding countryside where herds of deer wonder.
In just a few moments to the east you can be in the centre of the Cathedral City of Chichester a fantastic city to explore with plenty of interesting shops, eateries, pus and wine bars. When you are visiting its worth checking the programme for the Festival Theatre, host to many fantastic shows.
For those visiting for Goodwood you couldn't be better located to nip onto the back roads to the fabulous events the venue hosts such as Glorious Goodwood, The Revival and Festival of Speed.
