Step inside the ground floor and be greeted by a large entrance and hallway leading to a welcoming lounge on the right. The lounge boasts a charming log burner and three plush sofas, creating the perfect setting for relaxation. Feel free to bring your own wood for the log burner, as it is not provided. Additionally, the room is adorned with expansive bookcases filled with captivating reads for you to indulge in during your stay. Large windows with shutters offer privacy while allowing natural light to illuminate the space. This room is ideally situated on the ground level, facing the road at the front of the property.
The modern toilet and sink are conveniently located through the downstairs hallway.
The heart of this home features a spacious, well-equipped, and modern kitchen. Parking is limited as this is a city centre property. There is metered, on street parking outside the house which helps with loading and unloading your bags. Monday – Saturday parking is for permit holders only or pay at the machine for 1 hour. Outside of these times you can park here.
Alternatively, there are 4 public carparks nearby all within a 4 min walk of the property. They are all outdoor, without height restrictions. Long stay carparks which are slightly cheaper are located slightly further afield.
