Fun stay in Chico
My family of 5 really enjoyed this house. There is a playroom which my 3 children LOVED. Check in was very easy and fast. We even stayed an extra night and communicating was very easy and fast responses. The only negative thing I have to say is the slider door lock didn’t work properly which made us very uncomfortable but my husband figured something out and everything was fine after that. Large backyard which our children loved as well. Nice neighborhood. Would love to stay again!

Wasn't happy
We did not know there was a cat in the house! Our rescue dog is not familiar with cats. We asked the owner to come get the cat but she said the cat was a dweller cat and we could close off the master bath. We paid for the full use of the home and to be able to use the master bedroom and bath since it had a walk in shower for my husband who is handicapped. The only other beds were kid's beds. We are 70 and 63! We told owner we left just after an hour and wanted a refund. We did not get a response for that. Owner needs to explain better about the cat. Ended up staying in a hotel.........

Wonderful home for families!
We had such a wonderful time at Emily’s home! It’s stunning inside out, very clean and had everything we could have needed. The backyard is perfect for families and the playground/trampoline was very loved by our toddler. Located in a very nice neighborhood and just minutes from stores/gas/whatever you want while visiting. Would love to stay again next time we visit Chico.
