We made sure we signed up for the insurance just in case we had to leave. Which we did and the property still charged us. Not only that the room we were supposed to have was not clean then the room they gave us smelled like mold. The pool was not clean and the staff had these attitudes that were not welcoming.

I'm not sure I was never given the opportunity to get there . While my trip to meet my first granddaughter went up as the airlines were having.issyes I spent 3 days reaching out and was. Not only answer 1 time rudely I wasn't able to ask questions and no one from Expedia could get them on the phone. ...why am I not handed my money back instead of a voucher ...none of this is me the customers fault I got taken ...funny my son was also chcked in the hotel so he was watching the hotel manager play call duct
