My room was canceled because I did the pre-check in process and there was an issue with my CC apparantly. They said they called me but they didn’t. My CC was fine, I think they wanted to take a walk in with an up charge over my rate. Lesson learned never do a pre-check just pay when you arrive….

We thought the room was clean, but on further inspection, it had not been vacuumed thoroughly! EEwww.. On the morning we were leaving, ( We were at breakfast) They came in our room! All of our things were still out. We hadn't checked out yet, they made up the beds,( did they even change the sheets?!) bathroom towels were changed out. If we got bedbugs....ggrrr

It was very musty smelling in our room. The air coming out of the AC was very musty, but at least the AC worked! The price is right and it's close to the highway, but with no highway noise.
