A very good experience, overall. However, although the hotel's value for money is still good, it has declined for some time now. For example, during the last few times we've stayed in the hotel over the past six or seven months, the elevator has been out of service, and we've noticed that new sheets and towels are needed

Lo mejor del hotel fue el servicio que nos dio Don José, el elevador no funcionaba y el nos ayudó a subir y bajar las maletas y estuvo al pendiente de todo lo que necesitábamos. Excelente todo.

Viaje de 3 personas, en un cuarto doble. Staff muy amable, sin embargo las instalaciones no estaban en su mejor momento. --- Al llegar, nos notificaron que no funcionaba el elevador, el cuarto asignado estaba en el tercer piso. Sin embargo, porque viajábamos con una persona mayor, nos ofrecieron cambiar el cuarto doble a una suite que tenía 1 cama y un sofá cama en el segundo piso, el cual aceptamos. Al llegar al cuarto, el mini split no funcionaba, marcamos a la recepción y el recepcionista muy amable envió al encargado de mantenimiento. Muy amable también, pudo arreglar el mini split. Acto seguido nos preparamos para salir a cenar y al salir del cuarto notamos que el seguro de la puerta no cerraba, por lo cual llamamos de nuevo a recepción y el mismo encargado de mantenimiento subió a ayudarnos. Esta vez no se pudo cambiar ya que habían hecho renovaciones en la puerta hace unos días y no tenían la nueva herramienta. Sin embargo, muy amable el encargado fue él mismo a recepción a notificar para que nos cambiaran de cuarto y a darnos la nueva llave. Nos cambiaron al cuarto de al lado. Si no fuera por el staff, los cuales se portaron muy bien y solucionaron los problemas, hubiéramos exigido reembolso e ido a otro hotel.
