Our family of 6 stayed here for a few days over spring break. This 400 sqft cabin was the perfect base of operations for us as this trip was primarily to visit Hocking Hills and surrounding attractions. We hiked at the park during the days and came back to the cabin in the late afternoon, where we enjoyed the hottub, hiking down to the creek, having campfires out front, and maybe watching a little TV. I must admit that if we were planning on hanging around the VRBO all day long, we would have been squeezed for space with 4 kids and 2 adults. But we put the older kids on the futon, the baby in a pack-n-play in the kitchen, and us parents got the bed! Seriously, it was the perfect place! I see why they got 5 star reviews! Taking a morning dip in the hottub was super picturesque with the fog rising off the creek and the sun coming up above the hills! The cabin looked very rustic from the outside, but the interior was clean, modern, and newly updated! To top it off, the hosts were amazing. We informed them we live 4 hours away and asked about some good places to hike and have adventures. They not only gave us detailed trails and locations, they told us which ones were the neatest, which were paved (easy with little ones) and how many we could reasonable knock out per day. Their advice was excellent! Although next time we'll take a whole week in order to get through the entire park! We'll be back!
