Immediately when we checked in to our room we knew the room was unacceptable. There appeared to be vomit in the carpet, multiple fixtures and lights that did not work, and spots where it was clear it had not been adequately cleaned in some time. The front desk staff was polite and understanding. She was fantastic, however there was nobody else on site available to come to our room and adequately clean it. Our non-refundable booking was fully refunded and we booked elsewhere for tonight. It's disappointing as we were looking forward to staying here.

place was shabby and dingy. not what I expected from a Ramada / Wyndham. room was barely clean. debris on the floor, wall, in drawers, we had to wipe the toilet. filthy under the bed and dresser, grubby curtain. heavily scented air freshener - had to open the window to clear the air. Bed was soft but sleepable. no breakfast this morning. Staff was pleasant. check in / out efficient. I paid more to stay here because it was a Ramada / Wyndham thinking it would be worth the extra cost, but definitely a mistake and waste of money.

The workers look miserable and no one smiles. The room was ok but the bathroom was so dirty. We ended up cleaning it ourselves. We wiped all services before we got comfortable.

This place is awful. Everything is old, worn down and dirty. We didnt stay. We checked in, we could see the bed sagged hard in the middle, the door had to be lifted to close. I sat on the couch and the springs were broken. The only thing good was the front counter girl was polite when she refunded our money. I dont understand how this property has a 4.6 rating. Clearly false

Very disappointing.
Probably the worst motel we've stayed at in a ling time. The staff was cold, standoffish & not very helpful. The key cards did not work properly even though I had them exchanged. There was barely luke warm water in the bathroom sink. The breakfast was dryed out. I was surprized with a pet fee. The staff not at all sympathetic to the fact that I knew nothing about it. It was simply advertised as pet friendly. People were coming and going all night - banging doors, etc.

Woke up by the maids conversing in the hallway and the squeaky wheeled housekeeping cart. Loudest squeak I have ever heard. Has management never heard of oil or WD40? Or replacing the failing parts. Won't stay there again

The property is tired and run down. It attracts a rough crowd. Yelling and screaming at 2:00 AM from a drunk or high guy outside. Fixtures and amenities that don’t work. Pretty much a dump. Only stayed here because Swift was in concert in Van and this was the closest hotel I could find less than $200/night. Overall. Ghetto.

The property condition was awful! Holes in the wall, broken furniture, peeling wallpaper, blower dryer taped to the wall with scotch tape, dirty toilet, broken furniture etc…. We slept on top of the sheets as we were scared to pull the sheets back. Very unsatisfactory experience.

Continental breakfast was terrible, I don't expect much but this was even below that. The room smelled pretty funky and wasn't in great condition - ceiling needed repairs. Hotel overall felt dingy. Same cost as Best Western which was infinitely better.
