This little motel is in a perfect location, in the centre of town, the place was spotlessly clean and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Beds are comfy and clean. But, the place is so very outdated and needs a facelift in the worst way. Very old appliances and furniture. Poor amenities. It's ok for a night if you are passing through.

It's a good place to stay in hope a budget friendly place. Safe and quiet especially at night. A little bit old but nothing to complain about cleanliness.

At first glance it looks nice but looking closer the power outlet had an electrical burn and there were not enough outlets. The floors should have more attention paid to the corners. Some rooms are renovated but not all are complete.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice. My only complaint is that the bed was very hard which made the sleeps not too great.

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Here are the good things: friendly staff, fridge and shower worked well, bed was okay, very good area. The bad things: curtains, sliding door lock, deadbolt all non-operational. Lots of mold in shower. Smells like stale smoke. Kitchenette wasn’t equipped as described (just 2 pots, 2 plates, and two sets of cutlery). Closet doors missing and very old worn furniture. Emailed me a day after I’d arrived to ask when I was going to arrive. This would be a great hotel if they simply did a better job of cleaning, maintenance and updating.

The bathroom was grubby. The inside of the bathroom door hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Also counter tops in kitchen and bathroom were worn out. Also, no cereal /soup bowls in kitchenette.

Internet djid not work in our room, had to stand in the hallway to connect but didn't stay connected once in the room. Called front desk twice. Patio door didn't lock but we were on the second floor so wasn't a huge issue for us but should be addressed.

In the center of old town Hope. Across from a beautiful Japanese garden and community parks. Lots of large carvings along Hope's downtown streets. I did not like hearing people talk and smoke outside my window. Probably from the business next door. The kitchette sink arborite was in poor condition. Lovely ow er and nice clean, friendly place.

Great Communication, Great Location
We needed a place to stop enroute to the Interior, arriving late at night. It's a small town, so I didn't expect them to still be up & around when we got there. When I called, they were great, and we made arrangements to get us in at the late hour. The room was comfortable and clean, if dated. The hotel is right across from the lovely park in downtown Hope, and conveniently next to a decent breakfast place.
