Perfect time for a summer or winter retreat! 2 acre retreat on the Williamson River! Private 3 bedroom 2 bath 2,200 sq ft single level home with private boat dock. World class trout fishing and duck hunting. Not to mention winter snowmobiling! 30 miles from Crater Lake and Kalamath Falls. Only 2 miles from the Chiloquin Kla Mo Ya casino.

Beautiful View of Mt McLoughlin
The inside of this property was very clean. It is outdated, but everything was in good shape and served our purpose. The outside however, was in really bad shape. It obviously had not been taken care if in quite some time. The lawn needs mowing, bathtub flower garden needs weeding, deck needs cleaning, roof needs cleaning, sweep the entryway...basically general maintenance/cleaning. We didnt use the outside at all. If we had planned to, we would've been very disappointed. We saw lots of fish jumping in the river in front of the house! We heard it has good fishing. The view of Mt McLoughlin was spectacular! We enjoyed looking at it in the evening!!! It would be great to sit and drink a cup of coffee in the morning (we didn't have time to while we were there). We would stay here again.

Such a wonderful place
The house was clean and comfortable, probably the most comfy mattress Ive ever slept on. We spent time in the sun room, watching river otters play in the yard! The only problem that we had was getting to and from the dock for fishing is not easy for old people, a new ramp would be an improvement.

Good location for Crate Lake visit
The 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms were appreciated for our 4-some. We arrived late in the day and the house was quite warm and took a while to cool down comfortably with the A/C. Ceiling and other fans were also available for our use. We hoped to get the complete check in information sooner than the night before, but had no problems entering the home. It only took about 30-35 mins to get to CL. Thank you

Wonderful time enjoying life by the river
My dad, brother and his family, and my family came to our nephew’s graduation from Oregon Tech. The house is along a gentle river with a gorgeous view of Mt. McLoughlin. It is a pleasant 20 minute drive into Klamath Falls and between graduation activities, we paddle boarded on the River and enjoyed the quiet setting of the house. The host was was very thoughtful and responded quickly. We had a wonderful time!
