It was just ok
The front desk employees were very nice and welcoming. The room was nice, but it felt a little dated and not the ā€œfreshā€ feeling I look for in a hotel. The bathrooms were ok but I felt could have been cleaner.

The property is very nice, breakfast was great. Front desk staff were very pleasant. The only issue we had is that cleaning staff knocked on our door early before required checkout time even though we had our do not disturb sign on the door. I also did not like that we were charged $8 for parking per night.

The property is in a great area. The staff and lobby are nice, but the rooms look like they were decorated using my grandmas leftover furniture. The beds were ok but the chairs, couches, lamps, etc. were old and not clean. The lamp next to the bed had a buildup of crust around the base that could easily be cleaned off. I would suggest staying elsewhere until they do a major renovation and cleaning.

Great hotel for visiting Charlotte Motor Speedway
Great hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was really good, along with happy hour drinks. Perfect location for visiting all the nearby motorsport facilities and Charlotte.
