Maybe it was my fault but I did not realise there were communal showers and toilets. You have to pay for a towel-small charge. The bed was the worst I have ever slept in-it appeared to be a solid piece of foam. The wifi stopped working in the morning and was not repaired. The staff do not speak english and did nothing about the wifi. Maybe you get for you pay for!

Pas de climatisation. Très chaud dans les chambres. Sanitaires communs très succincts. Parois très fines. Trop petit pour prendre le petit-déjeuner. On avait la vue sur un parking. Cest à 25/30 mn du Puy du fou.

Au moment de la réservation nous nous sommes trompés nous pensions avoir une salle de bains et toilette dans la chambre. L'hotesse d'accueil a cherché et moyennant supplément nous avons changé de chambre pour la 2ème nuit. Merci à elle pour son dévouement et son efficacité

J’avais réservé avec petit déjeuner 2 chambres pour 6 personnes petits déjeuners inclus et j’apprends qu’il n’y a en fait que 4 petits déjeuners…. La taxe de séjour est de 2,40 euros au lieu de 1,60 annoncé. Les deux chambres identiques ne sont pas au même prix. Bruit toute la nuit dehors comme dedans.

Renseignez-vous-vous bien sur les hôtels f1. C’est la première fois pour moi, et je suis assez déçu de la qualité. Pas de climatisation, pas de serviette, pas de douche ni de toilette dans toutes les chambres. Petit déjeuner, suffisant pour le prix, à voir pour ajouter une offre sans lactose/Gluten free

Zone de petit déjeuner trop petite obligeant à aller dehors même quand il fait froid. Portes des chambres très bruyantes quand on les ouvre et les ferme. Impossible de dormir tant que le dernier client du couloir n'est pas couché. Pas très bien insonorisé d'une chambre à l'autre et entre chambre et douche/WC

La personne qui nous a accueilli le matin pour le règlement, nous a accueilli sommairement !! Je demandais surtout le code d'entrée et elle m'a affirmé qu'il était toujours ouvert, et que ce n'était pas très utile, que sa collègue, qui m'avait dit au téléphone qu'il fallait le code, était nouvelle et qu'elle ne connaissait pas le fonctionnement. Sauf, que nous sommes arrivés vers 22h et le portail était fermé....grrr Heureusement que l'on était passé avant notre journée au Puy du fou, pour régler et avoir ce code! Bref... Les matelas sont très confortable, mais les douches (pas très propres)et WC sont sur le palier dans le couloir de passage de tous, cela ne met pas à l'aise ! Le petit déjeuner reste simple mais bon! La réceptionniste, très proche de nous car très petit, lors de notre petit déjeuner, ne nous a pas demandé si la nuit avait été correcte ou pas!!bref.... Pour une nuit, c'est suffisant mais pas plus! Bonne continuation...
