Not a good night
Booked the least expensive room but didn't expect to stay where I had safety concerns. I said to the cleck as long as I'm not put in the back blocks again.. She said no in a good room. The area has no outside lighting and you would have no idea if someone was waiting for you. The room's back door was unlocked raising concerns. I'm sure someone tried the door during the night. So I got little skeep. In the morning the hot water in the shower was a dribble. So not a good morning experience either. Since the motel was almost empty putting people in the back blocks makes no sense. Probably my last stay here.

This was a last minute booking- the pre booking and the conscientious staff were excellent. The motel-style room is a little tired. But clean and warm. We needed to check in late and leave early for a flight and it was perfectly acceptable.

I've stayed here many times and this is the first time I've been disappointed. The room was the furthest from the office and unlit at night. I had to use my phone to see the way and use the key. In the morning, the shower had no pressure, and the water was tepid. It wasn't comfortable being out back in the dark. If I get another room like this I'll have to complain. There were plenty of rooms available

The room was bigger than most other hotels. Big size bedrooms🛏 with lots of room to move. Lots of car parking,🚗 however there was also a lot more cars about in the morning.🚗🚙 Good size bathroom with bath and good size shower.🚿 The room was quiet. All you can eat buffet next-door.🍽🍷 I highly recommend 👏👏👏👏

We were booked into a deluxe room and when we arrived reception was closed and a note taped to the door for us. We had asked for a cot but no bedding was provided (not even a sheet) The beds were beyond knackered and saggy mattresses. Tile in the bathroom broken, dirty bath (hairs in it, shower glass hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the whole thing needed updating. The other thing was we’re were left without tv or WiFi as the WiFi name and password didn’t match that of the book in your room and there was no way to connect to the tv which supposedly had casting. We were supposed to get free wine and free room upgrade if available due to our status with hotels.com. We got sparkling wine not wine which we left We complained about the issues and no partial refund was given. Just a sorry. Shame you pay and choose for a hotel based on its features. Also the reception is not manned overnight and you cannot get intouch with anyone if you have any issues. Also the entrance way and corridors felt like a prison wing.
