Fire alarm went off in middle of night (2:30AM) & no one contacted us as to why or when it was safe after episode was over. For that reason & others (cleanliness, worn & stained carpeting, etc) we would not stay there again.

Dirty, spots on furniture and floor. Fireplace and T-stat did not work, some type of entry in closet that did not close properly, one night table, light did not work on left side of bed, cable box was not mounted behind TV (just hung there belong it), couch cushions did not fit properly on couch, desk clerk was unconcerned about our complaints, breakfast was a croissant in a bag, original coffee was empty (both containers).

This is my family & I go to hotel when we’re in town! We Love this hotel! The one thing that wasn’t pleasant to us this stay was the bed linen was real dingy, I think at some point these type of things should be REPLACED!
