Good location to the Levee. Rooms are small for the price. No real place to sit but the bed. Dark overall. Dust about 1” thick on bathroom shelves and mirrors dirty. Rooms had an odd smell. Very noisy, can hear next rooms like there isn’t a wall.

The stay was fine. Checking in and out was easy. The reason my review is 1 star is for their lack of assistance to rectify their mistake. The charges me twice for the room, the exact same amount almost a week between the charges. I was charged the Sunday I checked in, and also the following Saturday. I have called the hotel, as has my wife, multiple times. They keep insisting they will call us back to figure out the problem and have not once. I am currently working with my bank to try and get the funds that were stolen from me back. I hate it because it is a nice hotel, but do not risk staying here is you expect any help resolving issues like this that may arise.

Check in was quick and easy. Upon entering our room, we found it had not been cleaned/turned over. After contacting the front desk staff, we were immediately moved into a new room, accompanied by staff to the room, and it was fixed with little delay. I hated we had this hiccup, but they happen, and when they do, they should be handled with the expediency and class with which this staff member handled themselves. Top notch customer service. The facilities were pretty great too.

The shower was really nice; great water pressure and plenty of hot water. We liked the layout; the beds are separated from the bathroom. There was a long bench that would hold 3 open suitcases. The beds were comfortable and the blinds blocked the light. There were bars and restaurants and activities in walking distance. We would definately stay here again.
