Very comfortable, beds were very nice and comfy. Plenty of space, bathroom was clean and the shower was great! Excellent view looking over the lot and Interstate from our room, which I like watching the cars go. 7th floor, very quiet. Whole hotel was very well kept.

My fridge was so frosted over it was not even cold although turned to coldest setting. I chose this property because after a long drive it had a restaurant and bar on sight, but it was not open on Sunday!! Although it was near other restaurants there was a rain and wind storm that made going there a wash out!

Can't quite give it a full recommendation.
Overall OK for the price, with a few problems. The hotel front desk was understaffed when I checked in, and I had to wait 30 minutes to check into a room that I had already paid for. The parking is poorly laid out. The entrance to the hotel is well back from the road. All of the space in front of the main entrance is dedicated to either grass or driveway (no parking), and that space is about half the size of the area dedicated to parking. This means no matter where you park you will have a hike. I ended up parking significantly closer to the main entrance of the hotel accross the street than the one I was staying in, so it is a good thing I need the exercise. It was about 85 degrees in the hallway on my floor, and only slightly cooler in my room because the AC was turned off. The space did cool off quickly once I turned it back on. There were blood stains on one of the pillow cases and the bedsheet. I'm sure they had been washed, but I feel like it is probably a good idea to just throw away sheets with blood on them. Even though I couldn't undestand anything he was saying, it isnt the fault of the poor guy at the front desk, it is the fault of whoever is managing this hotel. It is a nice facility in a convenient location with a terrible parking lot, and they just need to stop pinching pennies and charge a little more for the rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. I didn’t have much expectations due to the price and mixed reviews but the service was great, hotel was clean and had great atmosphere. The room we stayed at was pretty clean and bed was very comfortable. Would stay here again.

The staff at Starbucks was okay. We were not able to sit at the lobby where the Starbucks was because the food was not eat in. We purchased our food to go. It didn’t make sense and they asked us to leave. Plus I couldn’t use my Starbucks giftcard.

Charges made in error should be taken seriously!
My stay physically, was fine. I was extremely dissatisfied with service after the clerk charged my card for my room when the room was already prepaid. I mentioned "why did his screen say my card was being charged for 190$ and not just for incidentals and he told me it was not being charged for that amount. I should've known.. The next day the charge shows up settled on my account. I call the hotel and get put on hold for awhile then the phone just hangs up. Call back and the same thing happens. The next day I get the receptionist and she tells me the room was charged in error (exactly what I suspected in the first place) and that the money would be refunded. I was not happy as I have many things going through my account and I dont have the luxury of having money be deducted in error without incident. I asked how long it would take? She said the end of the day. I asked if she was sure? She said or by the morning. In short it took three days. I am disappointed and amazed how this happens and the only answer or solution I got was "sorry". For this type of inconvenience, customers/patrons of your business deserve better treatment.
